Obituary: MNRAS 92, 263 (1932); PASP 43, 317 (1931)

Bailey found 12 IC-objects; only 1 was new: the reflection nebula IC 1995 in Taurus. The objects were found on plates for the Harvard all-sky map. They were taken with the 1" (f/13) Cook lens at Arequipa station and exposed 1 hour to search systematically for bright clusters and nebulae. All objects are listed in: Bailey, S.
