There is no reference for IC 4351. Perhaps it was found by some other observer (it is Innes' most northern object). Innes is also mentioned for IC 4406, a planetary in Lupus, together with Fleming and Stewart, but the credit has to go to Stewart, who discovered it in June 1899 at Arequipa (#403). In 1901 it was found independently by Innes with the 7" refractor (Ref. 3) and Fleming discovered it the same year as a "gaseous nebula" on Arequipa plates (Harv. Circ. 60).
